How do I register to attend?
There are three ways to register to attend the Convention.

Employee Appreciation Days
This is an offer exclusively for Marketers. You are encouraged to invite all of your employees to the Employee Appreciation Days, Friday April 27th and Saturday, April 28th. Employees of any retail marketer will receive a registration at the reduced rate of $50.00 as long as a full registration has been paid by at least one person from your location. This exceptional offer includes admission all activities on Friday and Saturday, including the trade show and educational sessions that have been chosen to benefit marketers and their employees.
How do I replace someone who is already registered but not able to attend?
You may fax a completed registration form by April 20, 2012, for the new registrant with an indication of who to replace along with a credit card for the $10.00 Name Substitution Fee to 317-578-0621.

After April 20, 2012, you may also make substitutions on-site at the registration desk. The processing fee for onsite substitutions is $25.00.

Where do I pick up my badge?
You may pick up your badge and conference materials at the on-site registration desk located in Exhibit Hall H Foyer.

How do I make hotel reservations?
You may register for the hotel via the link in your confirmation email you received for your registration. If you prefer, please fill out the hotel information on a registration form and fax to 317-578-0621. You can also call us at 317-595-0999 to reserve your room.
What if I already registered for the convention and now need to make hotel reservations?
You may register for the hotel via the link in your confirmation email you received when you completed your registration. If you prefer, you can fill out the hotel information on a registration form. Complete the top and hotel portions on the form and write “Added Hotel” at top of form and fax to 317-578-0621.
You can also call us at 317-595-0999 to reserve your room.
I need to cancel or change my hotel reservation—can I call the hotel directly?
All cancels and changes must go through our office until April 10, 2012. Starting April 10, 2012, you may call the hotel directly for this. You may cancel or change your reservations by calling us at 317-595-0999 or in writing via fax 317-578-0621 or email: propane@conventionmanagers.com.
How do I get my confirmation number for the hotel?
The hotel will send a confirmation separate from your registration confirmation email. If you do not receive it in a timely manner, you may call the hotel directly and ask for “In House Reservations.”
How do I register for a hotel room if I’m coming in for Employee Day only?
You may register for the hotel via the link in your confirmation email after you register for Employee Day. If you prefer, fill out a registration form and check “Employee Day” in the registration fees listed under fees for Propane Dealers. Complete the 'Hotel Accommodations' section, complete with credit card, arrival and departure dates.
If I’m paying for my hotel deposit by check, who do I make it payable to?
All checks for hotel deposits should be written to “Hotel Deposit". Checks payable to individual hotels or to Midwest Propane Gas Association will be returned without the reservation(s) being made.
Refunds
Cancellations must be received in writing on or before dates indicated:
On or before February 3, 2012 - Full refund less $25 processing fee
On or before March 23, 2012 - 50% refund or $25 processing charge, whichever is greater amount for the association
After March 23, 2012 - No Refund
